About the Role
Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking Tele Counsellors for their Koramangala, Bangalore office. This full-time position involves outreach to prospective students to inform them about aviation-related courses, programs, and career prospects of the institute, encouraging enrollment through calls and personal counselling invitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential students.
- Clearly articulate the offerings of Frankfinn's programs and career pathways.
- Invite prospects to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.
- Persistently follow up with interested candidates to ensure their visit to the centre.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate call logs.
- Consistently meet or surpass daily call targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster trust with prospective students.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must have completed 12th grade or be undergraduates/graduates.
- At least six months experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or voice processes.
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- Fluency in English and Kannada communications.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Work Details and Benefits
- Monday to Saturday working schedule with Sundays off.
- Day shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Monthly salary ranges between ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 net take-home pay.
