About the Role
Join Primark at their Longford location as a full-time Team Manager, where you will play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient retail environment. The position is permanent and requires working five days a week.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a salary of 47,375 annually along with 23 days of paid annual leave, pension contributions, colleague discounts, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and access to an employee assistance program.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with fellow managers to ensure seamless daily store operations.
- Manage a specified section or department, handling commercial planning, stock oversight, visual merchandising including planograms, and driving sales.
- Supervise till areas and fitting rooms as needed.
- Lead and coordinate retail assistants by allocating daily tasks effectively.
- Motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales performance.
- Engage in continuous personal development via digital learning resources and career advancement paths available in the company.
