Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help shape recruitment for CELESTAL’s growth in the Middle East by finding, attracting, and engaging strong talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business managers to understand hiring requirements and define what each role needs.
- Identify and approach technical candidates through professional networks, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Run the complete hiring process, including screening, interviews, and closing offers.
- Create a positive candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships in a competitive hiring market.
- Support employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and other communication channels.
- Take part in recruitment events and initiatives aimed at attracting talent in the region.
- Recommend improvements to hiring processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Help build scalable and efficient recruitment practices for a growing organisation.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone with at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in consulting, staffing, or technical environments. You should know how to source candidates effectively and be comfortable using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, stay proactive, and take ownership of outcomes. A background or interest in hiring technical profiles is important, especially in sectors such as Oil & Gas, energy, or infrastructure. Experience in international and multicultural settings is valued. Fluent English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.
