Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help shape recruitment for CELESTAL’s growth in the Middle East by finding, attracting, and engaging strong talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business managers to understand hiring requirements and define what each role needs.
  • Identify and approach technical candidates through professional networks, job boards, and LinkedIn.
  • Run the complete hiring process, including screening, interviews, and closing offers.
  • Create a positive candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
