Job Overview
Ole Solutions Bangalore is seeking a skilled System Designer to join their team. The company has a rich legacy of three decades specializing in advanced design and manufacturing of coil winding machines intended for industrial applications both domestically and internationally. Renowned for innovation, engineering excellence, and outstanding human resource practices, the organization provides a dynamic work environment in Bengaluru.
Role Responsibilities
- Create and develop specialized machines and integrated mechanical systems tailored for specific purposes.
- Oversee 2D and 3D CAD model design and management throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and various cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead rigorous design review sessions to evaluate and enhance designs.
- Focus on optimizing quality while controlling production costs effectively.
- Supervise and guide a team of designers to accomplish project objectives.
Candidate Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Between 5 to 8 years of professional experience in special-purpose machine design and manufacturing (SPM).
- Advanced proficiency in using 2D and 3D CAD software for engineering design.
- Knowledgeable in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage design teams successfully.
