Job Overview
Ole Solutions Bangalore is seeking a skilled System Designer to join their team. The company has a rich legacy of three decades specializing in advanced design and manufacturing of coil winding machines intended for industrial applications both domestically and internationally. Role Responsibilities
- Create and develop specialized machines and integrated mechanical systems tailored for specific purposes.
- Oversee 2D and 3D CAD model design and management throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing and various cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead rigorous design review sessions to evaluate and enhance designs.
- Focus on optimizing quality while controlling production costs effectively.
- Supervise and guide a team of designers to accomplish project objectives.
Candidate Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Between 5 to 8 years of professional experience in special-purpose machine design and manufacturing (SPM).
- Advanced proficiency in using 2D and 3D CAD software for engineering design.
- Knowledgeable in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and manage design teams successfully.
