About the Role
Ford is driving the future of mobility amid rapid changes like electrification, digital connectivity, and evolving customer experiences across both its Passenger Vehicles and Ford Pro commercial divisions. Ford Pro is revolutionizing commercial mobility by integrating vehicles, software, charging, service, and financing into one seamless system, while Passenger Vehicles aims to redefine customer engagement in a connected and electrified landscape.
This pivotal position offers a high-profile opportunity to influence and lead transformative initiatives. As a Strategy & Business Transformation Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft strategy, oversee execution, and position the business for enduring success. Your focus will be on leading key projects that span markets, functions, and leadership segments to achieve concrete results in a dynamic, multifaceted setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic projects comprehensively from initial issue identification to full-scale implementation.
- Guide and advance the strategic and transformation initiatives within your designated business sector—Passenger Vehicles or Ford Pro.
- Work alongside senior executives to support decision-making and establish priorities.
- Lead delivery of complex, cross-team programs that yield clear, quantifiable outcomes.
- Create and oversee detailed project schedules, milestones, and performance metrics ensuring methodical progress.
- Perform in-depth financial, market, and competitive assessments to underpin strategic decisions.
- Convert intricate data sets into intelligible, insight-driven guidance and prepare presentations for executive audiences.
- Facilitate executive forums, workshops, and governance frameworks to foster alignment and drive results.
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Digital, and Operations.
- Support key transformation goals focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and adopting lean methodologies.
- Participate in both global and European strategic reviews and senior leadership discussions.
Candidate Profile
- Background in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent strategic positions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong commercial insight.
- Skilled at structuring ambiguous situations and delivering actionable insights from complex information.
- Excellent storytelling and communication proficiency, including experience developing content for senior-level stakeholders.
- History of influencing and earning credibility with high-level leaders.
- A self-driven approach with the ability to function effectively under fast-paced conditions.
- Comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and a strategic, big-picture outlook.
- Strong academic credentials; possession of an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.
