About Beechfield Care Group and Role Overview
Beechfield Care Group is actively looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the team at Beechfield Manor Nursing Home in Shankill, County Dublin. The nurse will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to uphold and deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring all practices align with HIQA regulations. This position is permanent and covers maternity leave ranging between 6 to 9 months.
Key Duties
- Maintain and ensure the highest standard of resident care adhering to professional and ethical criteria.
- Supervise daily operations of both care and nursing staff.
- Organize and manage activities for residents to enhance their well-being.
- Comply fully with HIQA regulatory standards in all aspects of care.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated by the line manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Strong clinical expertise combined with leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound and timely decisions.
- Genuine interest and commitment to elderly care.
