About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Commercial Insurance team focusing on the SME channel with a specialization in Non-Motor insurance. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in general insurance looking for a career advancement opportunity within an ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio concentrating on Non-Motor insurance products.
- Drive new business development via direct sales, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Manage portfolios including Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and other related non-motor insurance lines.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships ensuring policy renewals and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to internal company policies and compliance with regulatory requirements consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of professional experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME and commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong relationship management capabilities.
- Background in the General Insurance industry is essential.

- Base salary up to INR 1,000,000 per annum with appealing performance-based incentives.
