SME Channel Commercial Insurance Specialist - Non Motor Insurance

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Commercial Insurance team focusing on the SME channel with a specialization in Non-Motor insurance. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in general insurance looking for a career advancement opportunity within an ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the SME Commercial Insurance portfolio concentrating on Non-Motor insurance products.
• Drive new business development via direct sales, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Manage portfolios including Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, and other related non-motor insurance lines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships ensuring policy renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to internal company policies and compliance with regulatory requirements consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of professional experience in Commercial or Non-Motor Insurance sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SME and commercial insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong relationship management capabilities.
• Background in the General Insurance industry is essential.

Additional Information

• Base salary up to INR 1,000,000 per annum with appealing performance-based incentives.
