Senior Reservations Executive

Role overview

Oia Properties is looking for a meticulous and self-driven Senior Reservations Executive to oversee online property listings and reservation activity across major booking channels. This role focuses on keeping listings accurate, handling bookings through a Property Management System (PMS), coordinating with guests, and working with the operations team to support a seamless stay experience while improving occupancy and revenue.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update property profiles on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other similar booking channels.
• Set up and manage listings within the PMS and online distribution tools, ensuring descriptions and selling points are compelling and accurate.
• Use reservation and availability systems such as RMS, Hostfully, and Hostaway to track bookings, reporting, and inventory.
• Apply yearly pricing calendars based on seasons, local events, and other demand drivers.
• Adjust pricing strategically using demand patterns, seasonal shifts, and market conditions to improve revenue.
• Communicate with guests before arrival, during the stay, and after departure to provide strong service and timely support.
• Share guest information, special requirements, and stay details with the operations team.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, extensions, and special requests promptly and accurately.
• Keep calendars synchronized, information current, and listings aligned with company standards.
• Prepare simple performance and occupancy reports whenever needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Reservations Specialist in the Holiday Homes sector is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and PMS-based reservation workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage several listings and tasks at the same time without losing accuracy.
• Exposure to pricing strategy and revenue improvement methods is an added advantage.
• Careful attention to detail, along with solid troubleshooting and follow-through.
• Good command of English; additional languages are beneficial.
