Role Summary
As a Retail Consultant based at our Newmarket showroom, you will play a key role in assisting both builders and homeowners through the bathroom renovation process. This position involves engaging directly with customers in the showroom and conducting onsite visits with account clients like builders, developers, and interior designers. A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building is essential.
Daily Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting ideal bathroom products tailored to their needs.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations and orders through email and phone communications.
- Utilize a 3D Planner tool to help visualize and realize customers' renovation visions.
- Visit customers onsite to provide project progress updates and cultivate strong business relationships.
- Maintain smooth and safe operations within the showroom environment.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for helping customers and relationship building.
- Willingness to learn about bathroom products and industry if not already experienced, combined with high energy and initiative.
- Comfortable using computers and quick to adapt to new software systems.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Motivated to develop a long-term career within the company or broader network.
