Role Overview

As a Relocations Consultant based in Welshpool, WA, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of relocation services aligns with contractual requirements. This involves conducting on-site visits to client residences, performing inventory analysis, assessing loss or damage, and inspecting storage and supplier facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with service providers, promoting innovative approaches to meet contract obligations.
  • Understand and apply contractual documents such as Statements of Requirements (SOR) and Minimum Standards for providers.
  • Foster awareness of client culture to promptly address and resolve service issues.
  • Encourage safe working environments through safety discussions and aim for customer satisfaction during moves.
  • Collaborate closely with Case Managers and leadership regarding daily service matters.
  • Support regional management with account administration including reporting, invoicing, and presentations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with discretion in handling sensitive information and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to estimate spatial requirements and foundational knowledge or willingness to learn about packing, loading, and handling industry standards.
  • Strong customer service skills demonstrating empathy, patience, and attentive listening.
  • Familiarity with the transitions industry or eagerness to acquire such knowledge.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and rapport across various organizational levels.
  • Competent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of maintaining positive interactions and influencing outcomes.
  • Availability for domestic travel and possession of a valid Open car license.
