Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality nursing care meeting the standards one would expect for their own family members.
• Establish strong and enduring relationships with residents and their families.
• Conduct resident assessments and create, update, and implement personalized care plans.
• Administer treatments and provide continuous support tailored to resident needs.
• Utilize innovative technology such as the custom-built care app, myRyman, to enhance care delivery.
• Assist the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators in various clinical duties.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Demonstrates a dependable and professional demeanor while fostering a friendly work atmosphere.
• Shares expertise and collaborates effectively within a supportive team setting.

Work Details and Compensation

• Position involves 30 hours per week from Friday through Monday.
• Hourly wage ranges between $37.45 and $52.54, plus 40% additional pay for weekend hours and a $10 per hour nightshift allowance.
