Position Summary

The Regional Executive Vice President (Regional EVP) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and steering business operations, strategic initiatives, and financial performance across a designated region. This role aims to expand market reach, improve profitability, and align regional efforts with the broader corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive business operations across the region to achieve sustainable growth.
Develop and implement regional strategies that correspond with company objectives and market demands.
Monitor and enhance regional profitability, operational processes, and business growth.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regional objectives to track success.
Drive regional market expansion by identifying opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and ensure optimal resource allocation for maximum returns.
Oversee operational excellence by improving processes and standardizing procedures.
Support teams in customer acquisition, retention, and enhancing satisfaction levels.
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate with corporate leadership to execute enterprise-wide initiatives within the region.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulations, and promote ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Experience

12 or more years of progressive leadership experience in regional management and operational roles.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site operations and deliver financial and market growth results.
Extensive experience in developing and executing regional business strategies.
Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with C-level executives, customers, and partners.
Familiarity with global or multi-state operations is highly advantageous.
