Position Summary
The Regional Executive Vice President (Regional EVP) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and steering business operations, strategic initiatives, and financial performance across a designated region. This role aims to expand market reach, improve profitability, and align regional efforts with the broader corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive business operations across the region to achieve sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement regional strategies that correspond with company objectives and market demands.
- Monitor and enhance regional profitability, operational processes, and business growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regional objectives to track success.
- Drive regional market expansion by identifying opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and ensure optimal resource allocation for maximum returns.
- Oversee operational excellence by improving processes and standardizing procedures.
- Support teams in customer acquisition, retention, and enhancing satisfaction levels.
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulations, and promote ethical business practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12 or more years of progressive leadership experience in regional management and operational roles.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site operations and deliver financial and market growth results.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing regional business strategies.
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating with C-level executives, customers, and partners.
- Familiarity with global or multi-state operations is highly advantageous.
