Job Summary

We are seeking a Planning and Performance Management Analyst focused on Maintenance KPI coordination to join our team in Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role requires a university graduate, preferably holding an MBA, with expertise in statistical analysis to manage and report key performance indicators related to maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently gather and analyze Maintenance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Produce and deliver comprehensive KPI reports to senior management on a weekly basis.
Maintain and publish performance metrics consistently for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA.
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies.
Strong background in statistical analysis to support data-driven decision making.
