Planning and Performance Management Analyst / Maintenance KPI Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Planning and Performance Management Analyst focused on Maintenance KPI coordination to join our team in Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role requires a university graduate, preferably holding an MBA, with expertise in statistical analysis to manage and report key performance indicators related to maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently gather and analyze Maintenance Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Produce and deliver comprehensive KPI reports to senior management on a weekly basis.
• Maintain and publish performance metrics consistently for monitoring and evaluation purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies.
• Strong background in statistical analysis to support data-driven decision making.
