Pest Control Officer

About the Role

The Pest Control Officer position involves conducting pest control services for residents and commercial operators within the Stafford Borough and Cannock Chase District areas. Key responsibilities include eliminating rats, mice, and other pests safely, performing fumigation and disinfestation of contaminated premises and items, and maintaining thorough records of treatments, premises inspected, and visits made.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a dependable and practical professional holding an RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in pest control or in training is necessary, along with a valid UK driving licence. Effective communication and organizational skills, a professional customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently are essential.
