This role centers on driving data-informed marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and scaling effective advertising campaigns within the lease-to-own automotive sector in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage paid advertisement campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Focus on acquiring high-quality leads, enhancing campaign outcomes, and optimizing return on advertising investment.
• Utilize and configure tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager to enhance campaign tracking and data analysis.
• Continuously analyze performance data to refine and improve advertising efforts strategically.
• Collaborate with CRM platforms for seamless lead integration and quality assessment.
• Work alongside content creation teams to develop compelling advertisements that convert effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets for digital campaigns.
• Strong familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to assess lead quality and integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems.
• Skilled in partnership with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
