About the Role
Zero Max Rent A Car is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to become a vital part of their expanding team. This role centers on driving data-informed marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and scaling effective advertising campaigns within the lease-to-own automotive sector in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage paid advertisement campaigns primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Focus on acquiring high-quality leads, enhancing campaign outcomes, and optimizing return on advertising investment.
- Utilize and configure tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager to enhance campaign tracking and data analysis.
- Continuously analyze performance data to refine and improve advertising efforts strategically.
- Collaborate with CRM platforms for seamless lead integration and quality assessment.
- Work alongside content creation teams to develop compelling advertisements that convert effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets for digital campaigns.
- Strong familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to assess lead quality and integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems.
