People Leader Experience Partner

Overview

This role is focused on raising leadership capabilities within the Service Supply Chain division by organizing people leader training programs, collaborating with HR Business Partners and site stakeholders, and producing meaningful outcomes for managers and supervisors spanning Service Distribution, Service Parts Operations, planning, and site-based functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging Manager Fundamentals workshops and deliver company-directed leadership training for leaders and employees across the Service Supply Chain.
• Provide high-quality facilitation in both virtual and face-to-face settings at Product Distribution Centers and other critical supply chain locations.
• Manage full implementation of corporate training initiatives including planning, communication with stakeholders, monitoring completions, and evaluating impact.
• Work closely with HRBPs and functional leaders to analyze training needs and develop innovative blended learning solutions tailored for distributed people leaders.
• Leverage employee experience and training data to map leadership development journeys and pinpoint moments that significantly influence leader effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global Learning & Development teams and local partners to ensure leadership content is uniform, pertinent, and adaptable across various Supply Chain roles and sites.
• Maintain strong relationships with site onboarding, new hire orientation, and cross-functional teams through regular communication, managing expectations, and supporting interactive leadership programming.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience using Learning Management Systems to assign, track, and report on training activities.
• Demonstrated success facilitating leadership or professional development programs, with expertise in virtual and in-person delivery.
• Solid grasp of leadership theories and models, applying these concepts to practical business results within Service Supply Chain environments.
• Adept at operating in complex settings with multiple priorities and stakeholders across locations.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident interacting at all organizational levels.
• Highly motivated proactive mindset with urgency, strong business acumen, and commitment to continuous improvement.
