Payroll Officer

About the role

This position is with a major international business seeking a capable Payroll Officer who can step in quickly and keep payroll operations running smoothly. The role is focused on practical, end-to-end payroll delivery, with no requirement for complex legislative reporting or senior strategic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Run accurate end-to-end payroll processing for a nationwide workforce.
• Keep payroll records correct and up to date, and handle routine payroll questions.
• Work closely with finance and HR colleagues in a virtual environment.

What we are looking for

• Strong, hands-on experience with ADP Payforce is essential.
• Experience with Workday is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Background in managing the full payroll cycle from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote setup.

Additional information

This is a streamlined payroll execution role. Advanced compliance reporting and higher-level advisory duties are not part of the core scope, although additional relevant experience is welcome.
