Role Overview

This full-time role based in Singapore River offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending on-site presence with flexible remote work options. The individual in this position is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities, including managing workflows, establishing priorities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of digital platforms used by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in operations and project management, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and managing cross-functional teams, preferably within mission-driven or social impact sectors.
• Competency with digital tools and platforms, such as data analysis, reporting, and collaboration software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills, with experience working in multicultural and geographically diverse environments.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and apply data-driven decision-making in a dynamic setting.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in fields such as Business, Management, or Development Studies; advanced degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
• Background in youth development, international development, nonprofit operations, or social enterprise is highly desirable.
