Office Boy / Peon

About the Role and Company

Bellway Realtech is seeking an Office Boy/Peon to operate from their office located at Plot No. 15A, 3rd Floor, Tradex Tower, Sector 125, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201303. This position requires physical presence at the office premises.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space including desks and meeting rooms.
• Provide hospitality by serving tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, clients, and visitors.
• Perform local errands such as sorting and delivering documents or items between departments or nearby locations; having a two-wheeler is advantageous or sometimes mandatory.
• Support administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, filing, and managing office supplies.
• Carry out various helper duties as assigned by supervisors and management.

Candidate Requirements

• Male applicants only.
• Educational background: Below 10th pass, 10th pass, or 12th pass; freshers and beginners are welcome.
• Experience: Fresh candidates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience in office boy or peon roles are eligible.
• Personal qualities: Basic understanding of polite and courteous behavior, punctuality, reliability, and active attitude.
• Possession of a valid driving license and personal bike is preferred or required for tasks involving local transit.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 depending on experience and interview outcomes.
• Typical working hours are regular shifts approximately from 9:30 AM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
