Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing Executive to actively promote and sell our VM Fleets software solution to various transport operators and fleet owners in Chennai and neighboring areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects by generating qualified leads through direct field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, participation in exhibitions, and attending industry events within Chennai and nearby regions.
• Engage with Omni Bus Operators, Staff Bus Operators, Corporate Transport Providers, educational institution transport teams, and fleet owners to ascertain their operational needs, deliver product demonstrations, and advocate our software offerings.
• Draft quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals while consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships by conducting regular follow-ups, maintaining detailed CRM records, collaborating with implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing outstanding customer care.
• Collect customer feedback and gather market intelligence to spot new business possibilities, monitor competitor activity, and assist in ongoing enhancements of products and services.
