About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join ProKatchers LLC and support the Valentino Beauty marketing team, focusing predominantly on the fragrance category. This role involves coordinating daily brand marketing operations within a hybrid working model based in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily brand marketing activities related to fragrances.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data utilizing tools like Circana, Power BI, and Excel.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations, business memos, and reports.
- Manage logistics such as product shipments, sample requests, retailer programs, inventory control, and seeding initiatives via Salesforce SHOP platform.
- Coordinate purchase orders, SKU and code creation, and facilitate communication across different teams to ensure smooth marketing and product launch processes.
- Prepare for retailer engagements by organizing product samples, assembling marketing collateral, and assisting in on-site competitive analysis and brand walkthroughs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Prior experience in the beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
