Job Purpose

The Manager of the Leadership Academy will spearhead the design, governance, and execution of Maaden's Leadership Academy initiatives. This position ensures that current and future leaders are developed according to Maaden's strategic objectives, values, and prioritized capabilities. The manager is responsible for overseeing leadership programs, creating learning pathways, and nurturing strategic partnerships to establish a resilient leadership pipeline that supports succession, transformation efforts, and enhances business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement the Leadership Academy strategy in alignment with organizational and workforce priorities.
  • Develop leadership capabilities critical to supporting the company’s growth, transformation initiatives, and succession requirements.

  • Professional certification in Leadership Development or Coaching is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development fields.
  • At least 4 to 6 years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • Proven track record designing and executing enterprise-wide leadership academies or programs.
  • Experience working within large, complex, or industrial organizations is desirable.
