About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly professional and discreet Executive Assistant to support senior professionals in an investment team within the wealth management sector. This position plays a key role in facilitating smooth daily operations, effective coordination, and communication around investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex calendar management and scheduling for senior investment staff, including setting up meetings and committee sessions.
- Organize domestic and occasional international travel arrangements along with related logistics.
- Prepare, structure, and format confidential investment reports and materials appropriately.
- Maintain records, correspondence, and workflow maintenance within CRM and investment-related systems.
- Manage expense processing, invoicing, and provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the investment team.
Qualification Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant in wealth management, investment management, or family office settings is mandatory.
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with investment software is advantageous.
- Exceptional meticulousness, confidentiality, and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
