Role Overview

Northpower seeks a qualified Line Mechanic to join its Auckland Energy Services team. This hands-on position involves constructing and maintaining the overhead network assets essential for delivering safe, dependable power to customers.

Candidate Profile

• Essential: Current Electricity Workers Registration Board (EWRB) certification.
• Proven experience performing overhead line work.
• Possession of a valid New Zealand driver license; Class 2 license highly preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and a positive, proactive mindset.
• Physically fit, capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team orientation.
