Lead Confirmation Executive - Telecaller

About the Role

Scientify Orgichem is seeking a Lead Confirmation Executive to assist in verifying leads generated from social media campaigns. The primary responsibility involves contacting interested customers, presenting the company and its offerings, comprehending their product needs, gathering essential details, and directing qualified prospects to the designated sales or product team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads generated from social media platforms.
• Provide an introduction to the company and clarify the purpose of the call.
• Identify and understand the specific requirements of the customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records using Excel.
• Forward qualified leads to the relevant department promptly.
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Politeness and confidence in telephone conversations.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
