Overview

Labelle Body Care Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Call Center Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience, including a minimum of 0.6 months in telecalling, and be eager to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
• Maintain positive rapport with callers to enhance customer relations.
• Communicate clearly and fluently in multiple languages.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency for daily tasks.
• Show enthusiasm for learning and proactively take initiative in handling tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience, including telecalling exposure.
• Graduate-level education is required.
• Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil are mandatory.
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively.
