About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Proposal Analyst to join our client, a US-based IT services firm that supports government and Fortune 500 clients. This position involves working remotely with US shift hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST) and requires between 1 and 5 years of experience in government proposal support. The candidate will assist in the creation and submission of proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while collaborating with proposal managers and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in developing responses to U.S. Government RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Analyze solicitation documents ensuring compliance with requirements.
Prepare necessary proposal templates, forms, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals.
Format, edit, proofread, and compile proposal documents accurately.
Maintain up-to-date content on proposals, including resumes and past performance data.
Support submission processes and other proposal-related tasks.
Perform additional responsibilities related to proposal, capture, or business development as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Between 1 to 5 years of experience supporting U.S. Government proposals.
Basic knowledge of RFP, RFQ, and RFI procedures.
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
Excellent attention to detail paired with organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude eager to acquire new skills.
Preferred experience includes exposure to State or Federal Government proposals.

Additional Details

Work schedule is aligned with US business hours (6 PM to 3 AM IST).
