About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Project Coordinator based in the United Kingdom to join a dynamic contingent workforce provider’s small, high-output implementation team. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £36,000 per year. The role is designed for candidates eager to engage directly with live projects from the outset rather than shadowing superiors for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in project meetings, documenting and clearly articulating action points
- Distribute concise post-meeting summaries and diligently maintain an up-to-date master action log
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure timely progress
- Generate and provide weekly status updates and progress reports proactively
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors by managing templates, tracking contracts, and facilitating communication between legal teams and suppliers on contract red lines
- Maintain organized project folders, records, and governance documentation
- Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to enhance efficiency, while verifying outputs for accuracy prior to dissemination
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in project coordination, project support, or operational roles
- Highly proactive with the ability to manage personal action logs and independently follow up with stakeholders
- Confident in telephonic communication to guide suppliers through documentation processes
- Strong written communication skills accompanied by meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge within contingent workforce domains such as Employer of Record (EoR), Agent of Record (AoR), Talent MSP, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
- Understanding of project management methodologies and delivery lifecycle phases
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, CAPM, or similar are advantageous but not mandatory
Additional Information
The recruitment process consists of two interview stages: an initial interview with the Project Manager followed by a final interview with the Head of Implementation. The team aims to foster rapid professional growth by offering meaningful responsibilities from day one, with the goal to promote the role into Project Manager or Implementation Manager positions over time.
