What you will do

• Architect, build, and support data pipelines, databases, and broader data platforms.
• Gather data from multiple sources, then cleanse, reshape, and prepare both structured and unstructured datasets.
• Create, train, validate, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Connect AI capabilities with existing business tools, applications, and systems.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, governance, security, and privacy compliance.
• Track model and data platform performance and make improvements where needed.
• Work closely with business, IT, and analytics teams to convert requirements into working solutions.
• Prepare clear documentation for data models, pipelines, and AI implementations.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on background in data analysis, data engineering, or AI development, including exposure to Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience using machine learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Understanding of databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, along with solid documentation practices.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
