Job Overview
The Housekeeping Team Member role involves significantly contributing to a clean, safe, and inviting environment where students can flourish. Working closely with student experience and facilities teams, you will ensure communal and shared spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Working Hours and Salary
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 hours per week, across 4 days within a 7-day schedule
- Working hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Annual salary: £21,400
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional standards in communal and shared areas that foster student satisfaction.
- Act as a friendly, approachable support for students and staff, providing guidance and help as required.
- Embed safety and sustainability principles into daily work to keep facilities safe, clean, and environmentally responsible.
- Take initiative to resolve or escalate issues promptly to maintain operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Previous housekeeping experience with a commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent service.
- Positive demeanor, flexible attitude, and eager to engage in all role aspects.
