• Sous Chef – QAR 4500
• Chef de Partie (CDP) – QAR 3000
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – QAR 2400
• Commis I – QAR 2200
• Commis II – QAR 2000
• Commis III – QAR 1800
• Waitress – QAR 1800

Key Duties

For Kitchen Roles (Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, Commis I/II/III):

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes adhering strictly to company recipes and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure dish presentation, portion sizes, and food preparation meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and comply with HACCP food safety standards.
• Manage food quality, control stock levels, and maintain kitchen inventory.
• Support menu creation and daily kitchen workflow.
• Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to guarantee prompt service delivery.

For Waitress Role:

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages.
• Serve customers while upholding high service standards.
• Address guest questions and resolve any complaints professionally.
• Keep dining areas clean to ensure an exceptional experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• A diploma or certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related discipline is desirable.
• Previous hospitality industry experience is essential.
• Expertise in Italian cuisine is mandatory for all kitchen positions mentioned.
• Experience in restaurants or hotels is preferred, with GCC experience considered an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Effective communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian cooking and culinary methods (for chefs and kitchen staff).
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent customer service.
