About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a content strategy aimed at achieving measurable business goals such as boosting organic traffic, sign-ups attributed to content, and engagement rates.
Own and enhance SEO efforts, focusing on elevating keyword rankings, expanding search visibility, driving organic traffic, and increasing domain authority.
Create and oversee a scalable content creation system that ensures consistent publication schedules across multiple channels including web, email, social media, and video.
Set and uphold editorial standards guaranteeing content accuracy, high quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to brand voice.
Lead and mentor content creators and editors, establishing clear objectives and quality criteria to foster team growth and excellence.
Analyze and optimize engagement metrics distinctive to each channel, such as email campaign responses, social media activity, and video viewership.
Develop comprehensive reporting tools to communicate content impact, conversion performance, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years experience in roles related to content strategy, editorial leadership, or content production, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position such as Head or Director.
Demonstrated background in fintech, cryptocurrency, digital banking, or similar highly regulated, rapidly evolving sectors.
Proven track record of driving growth in acquisition metrics like organic traffic, conversion rates, and improved search engine rankings through content initiatives.
Strong command of both technical and content SEO strategies, with hands-on experience meeting defined performance targets.
Experience managing multi-channel content production encompassing websites, social platforms, email marketing, and video media.
Analytical mindset capable of utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic content decisions.
Skilled in leadership, mentoring, and team development, with experience in performance management and fostering cross-team collaboration.
