About the Role
Lascade is seeking a driven Google Ads Specialist to enhance customer acquisition strategies across a diverse range of software products including AI tools, mobile applications, travel tech, subscription services, and digital offerings. This position demands an expert in Google Ads who can develop data-backed acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns effectively, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and App campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to target high-intent customer segments.
- Structure campaigns for scalable growth while maintaining profitability.
- Enhance key performance metrics including CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
- Develop and adjust audience targeting, bid management, and campaign segmentation for optimal results.
- Conduct A/B testing on various elements such as ad copy, landing pages, bidding approaches, and campaign frameworks.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and generate business-focused reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with teams in Product, Design, Content, and Engineering to boost landing page effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Ensure precise conversion tracking with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Identify and explore new markets and customer segments internationally to maximize opportunities.
- Keep abreast of the latest Google Ads updates, best practices, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Two to five years of substantial experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App advertising formats.
- Proven ability in handling advertising budgets aligned with clear business outcomes.
- Expertise in keyword research, bid strategy development, audience targeting, and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Competent in recognizing opportunities for growth by interpreting campaign data.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver comprehensive reports and insights.
Desirable Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification is advantageous.
- Experience promoting SaaS, mobile apps, or subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center.
- Knowledge in landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Background in SEO and broader digital marketing principles.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign outcomes and reporting precision.
