As a vital member of our Store Team, Grocery Clerks ensure the store is consistently well-stocked and ready to serve customers effectively. Through engaging conversations and product expertise, they make shopping pleasant and convenient for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining fully stocked shelves and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
• Organize and replenish product displays maintaining company quality standards.
• Scan products accurately, identify inventory shortages, and assist with procurement processes.
• Implement company-led promotions and marketing programs within the store.
• Keep departmental areas clean and uphold health and safety protocols.

Experience & Training

Employment Terms

This position is franchise-operated with employees hired by the franchisee and not directly by the parent company. Pay is governed by collective bargaining agreements, with an initial hourly rate ranging from $19.00 to $25.95. Artificial intelligence tools may be used during applicant screening and selection.
