Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Assistant for our Centra store located in Headford Town, County Galway, approximately 16 miles from Galway city. This full-time position involves preparing new fast food counter items and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Core Responsibilities
- Uphold Centra's brand values: be Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Focused.
- Prepare and cook customer food orders throughout the day, maintaining high quality standards.
- Keep the fast food counter displays neat and appealing from midday through the evening.
- Engage with customers by providing knowledgeable food recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, following store policies.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience working in a fast food environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- An ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy team setting.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
- HACCP food safety training is a plus but not mandatory.
