Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fast Food Assistant for our Centra store located in Headford Town, County Galway, approximately 16 miles from Galway city. This full-time position involves preparing new fast food counter items and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

• Prepare and cook customer food orders throughout the day, maintaining high quality standards.
• Keep the fast food counter displays neat and appealing from midday through the evening.
• Engage with customers by providing knowledgeable food recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, following store policies.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience working in a fast food environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• An ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy team setting.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• HACCP food safety training is a plus but not mandatory.
