Role Overview

The Executive Vice President role at STAKTRON Enterprises is a remote, full-time position charged with steering strategic development, accelerating business expansion, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role commands oversight of vital business divisions, ensuring cloud and collaboration offerings align closely with market dynamics and client expectations. Primary duties involve crafting and implementing long-range objectives, managing senior-level client and partner relationships, and shaping product and service strategies collaboratively with technical and commercial leadership.

The Executive Vice President leads multifunctional teams, establishes and monitors performance targets, supervises financial outcomes, and guarantees timely, budget-compliant project completion consistent with company aims. Additional obligations include mentoring upper management, enhancing operational processes, and representing STAKTRON in executive negotiations and prominent industry forums.

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership expertise encompassing strategic planning, organizational development, and guiding change.
• Substantial experience with cloud computing, enterprise hosted platforms, or collaboration technologies, including deep knowledge of converged network architectures.
• Competence in business growth, market entry strategies, and forging enduring client and partner alliances.
• Robust financial management skills such as budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing performance within complex tech enterprises.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities with influence across organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success leading diverse teams in remote or distributed settings and nurturing inclusive, high-achievement cultures.
• Experience with network design, deployment services, or unified communications is highly advantageous.
• Preferred advanced qualifications in Business, Technology Management, or related fields; significant senior executive experience may substitute formal education.
• Legal eligibility to work in the designated jurisdiction and willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements, leadership gatherings, and sector events.
