Role Summary

We seek an energetic, hands-on Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team of five professionals located across Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this player-coach position requires balancing personal sales responsibilities while overseeing team performance—from recruitment and training to sales pipeline management and revenue achievement against assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to meet collective sales targets, while personally contributing to gross profit goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to steer and support lead generation and campaign initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales professionals, fostering a team culture of accountability and growth.
• Coach sales executives through structured training sessions, role-playing, and periodic performance assessments.
• Track individual and team achievements relative to targets, identify shortfalls, and implement corrective measures.
• Manage sales pipeline progression, deal closure, and forecasting accuracy via CRM tools.
• Maintain key client and vendor partnerships to facilitate deal success and business expansion.
• Enforce consistent adherence to sales processes, maintain reporting standards, and promote CRM data integrity across the team.
• Work closely with leadership on formulating sales strategies, pricing, and market execution plans.
• Deliver regular performance and forecast updates to senior management.
• Act as an ambassador for OMX Solutions in engagements with clients, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related area; considerable relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education.
• At least 5 years of sales experience within the IT solutions, hardware, or technology service sectors, including 2-3 years managing or leading teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams to consistently reach or exceed objectives.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and nurturing sales talent.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, with Zoho CRM preferred, including sales reporting capabilities.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Residency in Dubai is mandatory, with a readiness to travel regularly to the Abu Dhabi office for team management.
• Relevant work experience in the UAE highly advantageous; possession of a valid UAE driving license is required.
