About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Director of Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to lead and evolve the global cybersecurity strategy of a premier luxury retail and distribution firm in Dubai. This role offers a unique chance to establish and enhance a comprehensive Information Security GRC program impacting operations across numerous countries and renowned premium brands.

Key Responsibilities

Head the enterprise-wide Information Security GRC function, collaborating closely with Executive Leadership, Legal, Internal Audit, Procurement, HR, and Technology departments.
Drive cyber resilience initiatives and integrate security best practices within a complex international business environment.
Provide strategic leadership and influence decisions at the executive and board levels.
Champion transformation programs that strengthen Governance, Risk, and Compliance posture globally.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience establishing or significantly advancing enterprise Information Security GRC frameworks within large multinational or global organizations.
Successful leadership of cross-border Governance, Risk, and Compliance initiatives.
Exceptional executive presence, with a history of engaging and influencing C-Level executives and Board members.
In-depth expertise in Information Security Governance and Enterprise Risk management.
Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, Enterprise Risk Frameworks, Security Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Internal and External Audits, and Third-Party Risk Management.
