Candidate Profile

• Desirable but not mandatory: HACCP training
• Strong communication abilities
• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
• Capability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Genuine enthusiasm for food and the skill to engage and inspire customers

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare customer food orders across fresh food sections, including assembling sandwiches and rolls, serving hot dishes, and slicing meats according to store portion controls
• Cook, prepare, and display food items throughout operating hours
• Maintain impeccable presentation and standards of fresh food counters during the entire day
• Showcase passion for quality foods by sharing knowledge, recipes, and personalized recommendations with patrons
• Handle all customer inquiries professionally and in alignment with store policies
