Job Overview
The Evening Supervisor role based at Arden Road, Tullamore, involves overseeing store functions during evening hours to ensure smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment aligned with the Centra brand values of being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based.
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating approachability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate with day supervisors to communicate any changes in store layout and guarantee accurate implementation.
- Maintain high standards in product rotation, merchandising, and stock presentation.
- Support the onboarding, training, and growth of employees.
- Handle customer inquiries swiftly, professionally, and according to store policies.
- Adopt and promote new initiatives and innovative methods of work to enhance store performance.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to multitask effectively within a fast-moving environment and work collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational skills for task delegation and assisting team members.
