Customer Service Consultant - Brendale

About the Role

Join the pre-construction administrative team at Stevie Redback Pest Control, part of the Rentokil group, in a permanent full-time Customer Service Consultant role based in our Brendale office. This position entails a 38-hour work week, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and email inquiries primarily from builders and concreters
• Swiftly and accurately addressing customer questions and concerns
• Organizing pest control installations before construction for clients
• Preparing essential documents such as Form 12, Form 43, and Certificates of Installation for completed tasks
• Verifying payments and dispatching certification paperwork to customers
• Collaborating closely with team members
• Achieving set call and internal sales objectives
• Updating and maintaining customer databases in compliance with standards

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in customer service or call center environments
• Exemplary professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of pest control or construction industries is advantageous
• Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
• Capability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Team player with a supportive attitude towards colleagues
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
