About the Team

Fanatics Trading Card Game (TCG) is a Seattle-based studio within Fanatics Collectibles. Led by experienced industry veterans, the team is focused on creating long-lasting franchises that extend across tabletop, digital, community, and culture. The studio is seeking highly skilled and motivated talent to help build world-class trading card games.

Role Overview

The Creative Producer will act as the operational center for the creative teams. Reporting to the Director of Card Production, this person will own schedules, workflows, coordination systems, and delivery tracking that move creative work from game design through final card files. The role suits someone who enjoys designing the structure that helps creative teams work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creative projects from start to finish by managing master timelines, monitoring milestones, and keeping ownership and accountability clear at every step.
• Build and maintain production processes, templates, and asset-tracking systems that can grow with the studio.
• Act as the main coordination link between studio teams and downstream partners in production, product, and marketing.
• Lead recurring production cadences, including standups, milestone check-ins, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Spot schedule risks, staffing gaps, and workflow obstacles early and take action before they disrupt delivery.
• Improve the team’s use of project management and asset management tools, encouraging adoption and more consistent execution across workstreams.
• Keep documentation current for project progress, decisions, and dependencies so studio leadership and team leads have a clear view of status.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in creative production, project management, or studio operations within games or another creative field.
• A strong history of handling complex creative work across multiple teams from kickoff to completion.
• Experience coordinating creative functions such as art, game design, and narrative in a game development environment.
• Prior exposure to trading cards, tabletop games, or collectibles is considered an advantage.
• Experience in an early-stage or rapidly expanding studio is especially valuable.

Location

This role is based in Seattle, and all Fanatics TCG employees are expected to work onsite in the Seattle office five days per week.

Compensation

The Seattle base salary range for this position is USD 98,900 to USD 123,050. This figure reflects base pay only and excludes short-term or long-term incentive compensation. Final pay may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and training.
