Collection Executive / Officer

Job Summary

The Collection Executive, also referred to as Field Operations Service (FOS) Executive, plays a vital role in visiting clients on-site to recover unpaid dues such as overdue EMIs and outstanding debts affiliated with banks, financial institutions, and telecom companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face interactions with customers at their location to collect late payments, loans, or EMI dues.
• Negotiate feasible payment arrangements and plans to recover outstanding balances.
• Resolve billing and account disputes effectively to facilitate settlement.
• Keep comprehensive records of all collection activities and customer interactions as per company standards.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance guidelines during collection processes.
